Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from Bright Foundation

2020 has been like no other year!

Once the Covid pandemic reached our shores and lockdowns became a reality in March, most of us have been lucky and blessed to buy and even stockpile food and essential supplies when necessary.

However, some among us are less fortunate. For them, life, even before March was a challenge and the pandemic only compounded these challenges.

Working with our network of schools and social workers, the Bright Foundation Team has been preparing and distributing emergency food parcels and supplies to children and their families in urgent need throughout the year and most importantly during the two lockdowns.

Since the pandemic began, we have distributed over one thousand emergency food parcels to thousands of children and their families in the Auckland region.

And leading up to Christmas, in collaboration with Columbus Coffee Glen Eden and their amazing customers, we included gifts for children in our food parcels and made Christmas that much more special for them.
